  2. Receive a project scope
    No one enjoys buying something when they don’t know what they’re paying for. Our scopes are clearly itemised and billed at a transparent hourly rate. Tasks are marked as ‘mandatory’ – the legal stuff, getting accounts set up – or ‘optional’ – reporting, daily QA checks – so you can identify the activities you may prefer to carry out in-house, or bypass in order to keep costs down.
  3. That’s it!
    Agree the scope in writing, agree rules of engagement (best method of contact, check-in cadance, project duration) and away we go! You’ll be able to get in touch whenever you like for an update outside of the agreed reporting schedule, and a scope checklist will be sent at an agreed frequency so you can see how your project is coming along. Scopes can be amended at any time so if your needs change, you’re not tied in to paying for work that you no longer need carried out.
